Simple Jira sync pricing
Every paid plan ships bidirectional sync, real-time webhooks, attachments, comments, and the Sync Inbox — no feature trickling. Pay annually for 15% off, and save another ~5% from lower per-charge fees.
For context: Unito from ~$65/mo · Exalate from $100/mo per connection · Marketplace apps like Backbone Work Sync bill per Jira user. Every Ticketize paid plan is a flat $3–29/mo — see the full 2026 cost breakdown. (Competitor prices as publicly listed, July 2026.)

Common questions
Why don't you charge through the Atlassian Marketplace?
Atlassian takes 15% of every sale through Marketplace billing. We bill directly and pass that saving to you — it's part of why every paid plan stays under $30. Our Marketplace listing is currently in review, but you don't need it to use Ticketize: you connect via Atlassian OAuth from app.ticketize.it, with nothing to install in your Jira.
Switching from Unito, Exalate, or Backbone?
Migration mode detects your previous tool's mirrors by their markers and adopts the existing pairings — no duplicate tickets, no re-pairing by hand. See how switching works and the 2026 cost comparison.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription downgrades at the end of the current billing period, and our Disconnect & clean up admin action strips every Ticketize marker from your tickets if you want a fully clean exit.
What counts as a “mirrored ticket”?
Each pairing (source ticket ↔ target ticket) counts as one, created when the sync engine first mirrors a ticket. Updates to existing pairs are free. The counter resets at the start of every calendar month.
What if I outgrow my plan mid-month?
The rule pauses with an “upgrade required” banner. Existing pairs keep syncing — only new mirror creation stops. Upgrade and you're back to full speed within minutes.
