Terms of Service & End-User License Agreement

1. The service & license

Ticketize.it provides bi-directional synchronization of issues between Jira Cloud sites and other issue trackers. By creating an account or connecting a Jira site you agree to these terms.

Subject to these terms and your applicable subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Ticketize.it as a software-as-a-service for your internal business purposes for the duration of your subscription. We retain all right, title, and interest in the service and its underlying software; no rights are granted except as expressly stated here. This license ends when your account or subscription terminates.

2. Account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and authorized by your organization to grant access to the Atlassian sites you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code,
• use the service to violate Atlassian’s terms or any applicable law,
• abuse the service to flood Jira (or any third-party tracker) with synthetic traffic,
• attempt to access another tenant’s data.

4. Data

You retain all rights to data you store in or sync through Ticketize.it. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Pricing and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the in-app billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee a specific uptime level for the free tier.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. On termination we will, at your request, export your data and then delete it within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any disputes will be resolved in its courts.
